I read this article a few days back in the Hindu.The Telengana area and Rayalseema area are soon reaching that desparate state and it is more than a month away for the advent of the monsoons.. Water and Electricity is getting to be a problem in Urban Hyderabad too.
How do we insure our population against these types of catastrophies
